Four ANM centres to come up in KBK districts soon

Bhubaneswar: Health Secretary Anu Garg on Saturday said that four ANM centres would be set up in KBK districts soon. The Central Government has already approved for the same, she said.

After a high level meeting on health services held under Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the State Secretariat, Garg said to the reporters that the State Government had earlier sent proposals to the Central Government for setting up 14 ANM training schools in the State. Of the proposals, the Central Government has sent approvals for setting up 4 ANM centres.
