Good step: Orissa govt. plans 700 crore for technical education, one ITI in each block and one polytechnique college in each district

NOTE: A good inititiative by the Orissa Government that we have also been discussing about. Next round Orissa Govt should focus 13 zones (undivided dist) such as Balasore-Bhadrak, Baripada, Keonjhar garh, Sundergarh - Rourkela, Angul-Dhenkanla, Sambalpur-Burla, Balangir, Bhawanipatna, Phulbani, Koraput-Sunabeda, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack to have each a real university or medical college, enginerring college and present days university. Many of them already have but which do not have should get preference like Boudh-Phulbani, Balangir, etc
