Dr. Arun K Behera, a Kalahandia, holds PhD, PGDTE,DDE, PGDJ, MA, AMSPI, and has been a Lecturer and HoD, Principal, member of the Senate, BoS, AICP etc., is currently teaching English at Sri Sathya Sai University: Bangalore.
