Bhawanipatna: A memorandum was submitted to the President of India through Kalahandi Collector on Friday expressing solidarity with eminent Gandhian Anna Hazare for his latest campaign against corruption and with his ongoing fast-unto-death at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Chinmaya Behera, Badrinarayan Pattnaik, Satya Mahar, Sanjiv Thakur and Manindra Mohanty sat on a token hunger strike on Friday morning before the Collectorate and appealed to the President to expedite the process to save the Satyagrahi from death and also the country from corruption.
