Why minister is keeping mum regarding medical college in kalahandi which was to be completed by 2006 and if govt. is serious in its intent to improve the health infrastructure in state then they must set up new medical colleges in north odisha and KBK. They also must expedite the process of full autonomy of 3 medical colleges which is hanging in balance since so many years. But unfortunately health minister talks much and works less
