If state Govt. may play well, Odisha has opportunities to get 3 Wagon Factories

Railway ministry is favoring to establish more number of Wagon Factories (due to on going demand on railway Wagon) where railway has already land on its own, in that catogory I guess railway was surveying for one in Katabanji where it has 500 acres of land, whereas Ganajm/Kalahandi are fighting for new one (from state Govt land) alloted to Odisha in the budget. Railway minister has announced that if land will be provided in Kalahandi, second Wagon Facotry might come in Kalahandi of Odisha, which state Govt. has not yet responded. For Kantabanji state Govt has not nothing to take rather its ECOR zone officials which could help. Indeed if state Govt is clever enough, then getting 3 Wagon facotries in 3 districts is not impossible as per the current demand in the country.
