Bhakta babu should now pursue the extension of HWH-Titlagarh Ispat express to Bhawanipatna. Timing wise this should be easy as currently this train reaches Titlagarh at 8:20 PM and leaves Titlagarh next day morning at 5:20 AM. There is enough time in between for the train to go up to Bhawanipatna. The only issue may be to have the facilities in Bhawanipatna to park this train overnight and have it cleaned during that time.
Following that they should create a link express between Bhawanipatna and Visakhapatnam linking it to the existing 18511 Visakhapatnam-Koraput Intercity Express and make it daily.

indeed extension of Ispat express should be priority.
