Bhawanipatna: Hundreds of BSNL hoardings have been lying unused under open sky in front of a garrage near Kesinga road. According to sources, the hoardings are meant for advertising by the telecom department. Bills amounting lakhs of rupees have already been sanctioned by Kalahandi BSNL office in this regard, the sources added.
