Dear Chief Minister Mr Patnaik.
I am very surprised to read in this news report [1] that 70-80 acres of land is not found near to railway line in Kalahandi.

People of Kalahandi have submitted a memorandum bearing 4000 signatures to you for a probably location in Narla with mroe than 500 acres of land available. It is close to railway line.
If 80 acres of land is required, there is 275 acres of Govt land availble in Jaring through which Lanjigarh road - Jungarh railway line is passing through. There are Govt lands available in Kesinga and Lanjigarh road too.
State Govt should make necessary steps to establish the proposed Wagon Factory in Kalahandi.
